Smoking Wheels site is provided for your enjoyment, and the purchase of images.
- Deliver and Definition. Photographer has delivered to the Client those images listed on the invoice. Images are defined to include prints, digitized encoded files, and any other form in which the images may be submitted and stored, incorporates, represented, projected or perceived, including forms and processes not presently in existence but which may come into being in the future.
- Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted are reserved to the photographer, Kathrine Whitney. Without limiting the foregoing, no advertising or promotional usage whatsoever may be made of any images unless such advertising or promotional usage is expressly permitted by the photographer, Kathrine Whitney. Limitations include but not limited to size, placement, and whether usages is black and white or colour.
- Fee: Client shall pay the fee shown on the invoice for usage rights granted. Client shall also pay shipping and handling costs as stated on the invoice of the client's order.
- Reproduction: Copying or reproduction of any image from this site is strictly prohibited, without the permission of Kathrine Whitney of Smoking Wheels Photography. Reproduction includes the use of any image for advertising, multimedia presentation, on the Internet, or in any print publication.
- License: The Client may not distribute, modify, transmit, or use any part of this site, for public or commercial purposes, including the text and images, without Kathrine Whitney of Smoking Wheels Photography written permission. To license an image for reproduction and distribution, you must contact Kathrine Whitney of Smoking Wheels Photography directly.
- Copyright Notice: Copyright notice in the name of the photographer shall be adjacent to the image(s) when reproduced unless otherwise agreed by both parties and stated in the invoice. Copyright of every image on this web site remain with the photographer, Kathrine Whitney of Smoking Wheels Photography. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
